Book Bundles
Book Bundles
For many children, the book they receive from Access Books is the first book they’ve ever owned.
Book Bundles are curated sets of new, high-interest books that students can take home — and keep.
What’s Inside a Book Bundle
Each bundle is thoughtfully built to reflect:
- Student age and reading level
- Cultural relevance and representation
- A range of genres, topics, and interests
These are not leftover books or extras.
They are books chosen to be read, reread, shared, and loved.
Why Taking Books Home Matters
Reading shouldn’t stop when the school day ends.
When children have books at home, reading becomes part of daily life — not something confined to the classroom or library.
Ownership matters.
Choice matters.
Access matters.
Book Bundles extend the impact of school libraries beyond the building and into students’ lives.
How Book Bundles Are Distributed
Book bundles are timed around the school calendar. Students receive the books right before leaving school for either winter, spring or summer break. For many students, these are the only books to which they have access to when school is not in session..
They’re designed to reinforce a simple idea:
Books belong with children — wherever they are.
